If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return product to us with proof of purchase or to your place of purchase within (180) days and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated.
When returning any item, you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:
All products should be returned in the original packaging (if available).
Your purchase receipt or a copy.
All Gifts with Purchase associated with the purchase. We do not offer refunds or replacements for free product.
Reason for your dissatisfaction (optional, but appreciated).

If our Customer Service Team is unable to resolve your questions or concerns, you unconditionally agree that all claims relating to your purchase of products from this site will be resolved entirely through mediation and binding individual arbitration, if necessary, rather than in a Court of law. Before initiating any arbitration, our customers are welcome to initiate voluntary mediation procedures in which Rocasuba will participate. Professional mediation services should be listed in local directories or can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Team.
To begin an arbitration proceeding you should submit a request to our Customer Service Team and can present your claim to the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), jamsadr.com at (1-800- 352-5267). If JAMS does not provide arbitration services in your local community, you can contact the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to commence an arbitration proceeding. All arbitrations will be covered by the rules published by either JAMS or AAA. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, which is conducted by a professional arbitrator, and court review of decisions is limited. Damages and other legal relief can be awarded by the arbitrator. Rocasuba will reimburse filing fees up to a maximum amount of $5,000. Rocasuba and our customer will otherwise bear their own costs and attorney’s fees incurred in the arbitration. Whichever arbitration organization you choose, you may be permitted to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, written submissions or in person.
Any arbitration initiated by a customer or Rocasuba shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class Actions, consolidated actions and any collective action is hereby waived. Since arbitration will be the exclusive remedy for resolving claims, we each waive any right to trial by jury or judge or to initiate a Class Action by arbitration or litigation.
THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, A RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY, AND A RIGHT TO INITIATE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ALL REMEDIES FOR CLAIMS WILL BE LIMITED TO RELIEF PROVIDED BY THE RULES OF JAMS OR AAA. The terms and conditions of sale set forth on this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements entered into and without regard to choice of law permissions.
